General Info

When Fly is selected, the user flies up high, becoming semi-invulnerable on the first turn, and can only be hit by Bide and Swift. On the next turn, Fly deals damage, deducts PP, and counts as the last move used. During Fly's execution, the user can't switch out unless Fly is disrupted. If Fly is interrupted or not fully executed, it won't consume PP or be considered the last move used. Mirror Move copies the move used immediately before Fly. Full paralysis, self-inflicted confusion damage, or being fully paralyzed during Fly will disrupt it. Starting from Pokémon Stadium, Fly allows the user to evade Bide. Full paralysis resets Fly's semi-invulnerable turn, and Mirror Move copies Fly during either of its turns. Pokémon can be captured during Fly's semi-invulnerable stage.
