Move Details

Torment restricts the target from using the same move consecutively, its effect endures until the target is switched out. Even if the target selects the same move as the previous turn after being affected by Torment, it can still use it in that turn. However, if the target can only use one move, they will be compelled to employ Struggle every other turn. Struggle is unaffected by Torment, and if a Pokémon exhausts the PP for all its moves, it can still use Struggle. Moves like Rollout continue unaffected under Torment.
