Move Details

Thunder inflicts damage and carries a 30% chance of inducing paralysis, but Electric-type Pokémon, those with the Limber ability, or those protected by a Substitute are immune. In rain, Thunder bypasses accuracy checks; however, in intense sunlight, its accuracy is reduced to 50%. Additionally, Thunder can strike Pokémon in the initial phase of Bounce, Fly, or Sky Drop.
