Pluck deals damage and, if the target holds a Berry, the user consumes it to gain its effect. Pluck won't affect a substitute or targets with the Sticky Hold Ability. Jaboca and Coba Berries trigger before the theft, but Berries like Liechi and Sitrus are consumed regardless of their condition, upon Pluck's damage. It can reach non-adjacent opponents in Triple Battles.
