Move Details
Aurora Veil halves damage from physical and special moves for the user in Single Battles but reduces it by about one-third in other battle formats. It doesn't affect self-inflicted confusion damage, critical hits, or moves causing direct damage. It can be used during hail or snow but persists after the weather ends. Aurora Veil is nullified by Cloud Nine and Air Lock. It doesn't stack with Reflect and Light Screen. Certain moves, Abilities, and items can remove Aurora Veil from the field. Infiltrator allows some Pokémon to bypass its effects.
